Labor and Employment Attorney

We are seeking a highly skilled Labor and Employment Attorney to join our legal team in Houston with pay starting at 180K. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in labor and employment law, with experience representing clients in a variety of employment-related matters.

Responsibilities:

• Provide legal advice and guidance on labor and employment law issues
• Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, arbitrations, and litigation
• Draft and review employment agreements, policies, and other related documents
• Stay up-to-date on changes in labor and employment laws

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the state bar and in good standing
• 3+ years of experience practicing labor and employment law
• Excellent analytical and research skills
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities
