    Our client is a distinguished law firm seeking a dedicated Labor and Employment Attorney to join their Labor and Employment Law Practice Group. This role is focused on serving public sector clients and offers a unique opportunity to provide high-level legal advice on employment and traditional labor matters.

    Unlike typical firms, our client operates as a unique public law firm handling government work through private competitive bidding.     Key Responsibilities

    • Provide legal counsel to public sector and private clients regarding employment and traditional labor matters.

    • Handle a heavy volume of transactional labor and employment work.

    • Conduct high-level legal research, writing, and analysis.

    • Assist in employment litigation matters.

    Qualifications

    • Experience: 3–8 years of experience in labor and employment transactional law.

    • Bar Admission: Active membership in the California Bar.

    • Education: Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an ABA-accredited law school.

    • Background: Experience dealing with public law work (e.g., from boutique firms, Am Law, or City Attorney’s offices).

    • Skills: Exceptional writing, research, and analytical capabilities.
