- Experience: 2+ years in high-risk OB nursing; Epic EHR experience; prior teaching hospital and high-volume setting preferred

What Youll Do:- Provide high-quality nursing care to women in labor, delivery, and postpartum
- Monitor and respond to patient needs during high-risk deliveries, ensuring safety and comfort
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members to develop and implement care plans
- Utilize Epic electronic health record system for documentation and communication
- Educate and support patients and families throughout the birthing process
- Maintain compliance with hospital protocols, safety standards, and certifications
- Participate in weekend, holiday, and call rotations as required
What You Need:- Valid RN license in Louisiana or active multi-state license
- Minimum of two years experience in high-risk obstetric nursing
- Proficiency in Epic EHR system
- Current ACLS, BLS, NRP, AWHONN Intermediate, and FHM certifications
- Experience in a teaching hospital and with 200300 births per month is highly preferred
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and critical thinking skills
