What Youll Do:- Provide specialized labor and delivery patient care in a busy hospital setting
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement care plans
- Monitor fetal heart rates and maternal vital signs
- Administer medications and interventions as ordered
- Assist with procedures and patient transfers
- Document patient progress and care activities accurately in EPIC
- Ensure compliance with all safety and quality standards
- Support patients and families through labor, delivery, and postpartum periods
What You Need:- Active RN license in Louisiana
- Minimum 4 years of labor & delivery experience
- Charge nurse experience preferred
- Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NRP, AWHONN Intermediate
- Strong clinical skills in labor, delivery, and postpartum care
- Ability to work night shifts and weekends as required
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
