• Experience: Previous L&D and maternal care experience preferred, but all qualified candidates are encouraged to apply.

What You’ll Do

• Provide care to women during labor, delivery, and postpartum stages
• Float across various units including Labor & Delivery, Maternal Special Care, and Postpartum as needed
• Monitor maternal and fetal well-being using advanced fetal monitoring technologies (EFM experience preferred)
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
• Educate patients and families on postpartum care, infant care, and breastfeeding
• Respond to emergencies promptly and effectively during labor and delivery processes
• Document patient information accurately in electronic health records

What You Need
Required:

• Valid Ohio RN license
• ACLS, BLS, NRP certifications
• Prior experience in Labor & Delivery or maternal health nursing

Preferred:

• AWHONN Advanced Fetal Monitoring (EFM) experience
• Additional certifications/skills in maternal and neonatal care
