• Lead and supervise the production team by providing performance feedback, and day-to-day direction to ensure production goals, quality requirements, and delivery deadlines are consistently met.
• Coordinate and purchase all production-related materials, including label stock, dies, blades, and other manufacturing supplies. 
• Create and maintain part numbers, product records, and bills of materials (BOMs) within the Fishbowl inventory management system. 
• Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy on a monthly basis. 
• Analyze material usage and forecast purchasing requirements to prevent shortages and minimize excess inventory. 
• Develop and maintain strong vendor relationships to secure competitive pricing, reliable lead times, and consistent quality. 
• Prepare and manage quotations for new label opportunities, ensuring accurate costing and pricing. 
• Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to evaluate project requirements.
