At our Brooklyn Park, MN site, we turn ideas into beautifully printed products. As a Label Press Operator, your craftsmanship on narrow-web flexographic equipment—such as Mark Andy, Symjet, and MPS—will bring color, clarity, and consistency to every run.

Your mission

Own the press from setup to sign-off. You will stage materials, align plates, calibrate inks, and control web tension to deliver production-ready quality from first pull to final count.

What you will do

• Set up and operate narrow-web flexo presses to meet quality specifications and output goals.
• Observe press performance, adjusting registration, ink, and speed to optimize results.
• Execute routine maintenance and troubleshoot issues to keep production on track.
• Coordinate closely with the production team to meet deadlines and daily targets.
• Document production data accurately and communicate issues to leadership.
• Adhere to safety protocols and quality standards at all times.

Schedule options

• 2nd shift: Mon-Fri, 2p-10p
• 3rd shift: Sun-Thu, 10p-6a
• 4-crew: 12-hour shift that rotates every 13 weeks from front of week to back of week.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training in printing is beneficial.
• Proven experience operating narrow-web flexographic presses or a comparable role.
• Strong grasp of narrow-web flexo processes, press mechanics, and materials.
• Mechanical troubleshooting ability and routine maintenance skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail with a quality-driven approach.
• Clear communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
