Job Description:
Support product lifecycle testing by executing laboratory test protocols, monitoring long-running test cycles, and documenting results to support verification and regulatory timelines.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Execute laboratory testing according to documented protocols.

  • Operate lab equipment including environmental/humidity chambers and designated test systems.

  • Monitor test cycles lasting 4–6 hours to ensure proper operation.

  • Collect, document, and maintain accurate test data and reports.

  • Identify abnormalities or unexpected results and escalate to engineering teams.

  • Support verification and lifecycle testing activities tied to regulatory requirements.

  • Maintain organized workspaces and adhere to good laboratory practices.

  • Sit alongside testing equipment for extended periods while monitoring system performance.

Requirements:

Must-Haves:

  • Ability to follow detailed test protocols and instructions.

  • Strong documentation and data recording skills.

  • Basic engineering or technical knowledge.

  • Ability to monitor systems and identify abnormalities during testing.

  • Comfortable working in a lab environment and sitting for extended monitoring periods.

  • Strong attention to detail and patience during long test cycles.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • 0–1 year of experience in a laboratory, testing, or engineering environment.

  • Exposure to environmental chambers, humidity testing, or product verification testing.

  • Background in Mechanical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related technical field (degree not required).

  • Experience supporting regulated product testing.
