Duties:
- Blend and mix chemical formulations according to established work instructions.
- Conduct laboratory testing and evaluate physical, chemical, and performance properties of formulations.
- Document formulas and product specifications accurately.
- Record test results and formulation data in a timely and organized manner.
- Ensure compliance with laboratory safety procedures and chemical handling requirements.
- Maintain laboratory cleanliness, organization, and inventory of chemicals and supplies.
- Operate, calibrate, and maintain laboratory instruments and testing equipment.
- Coordinate with external laboratories and prepare samples for shipment.
- Assist with the development and writing of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Utilize Microsoft Office applications and learn new software systems as needed.

- Previous laboratory experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to follow procedures and maintain accurate records.
- Comfortable handling chemicals and working in a laboratory environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
Requirements: Background Check, Drug Test, Must be at least 18 years old.Able to Lift 40 pounds., required education: HS Diploma or GED.
