    Highlights

Root Cause Analysis (8D / PPAP): When a CMM identifies a dimensional deviation, machining knowledge can help trace the issue back to a specific variable, such as a worn insert, loose fixture, tool wear, or thermal expansion. Manufacturing Processes: Background with CNC mills, lathes, or manual machining helps identify common machining-related issues such as burrs, tool wear, chatter, and dimensional variation.
