Job Title: Laboratory Technician
Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Laboratory Technician to support daily operations in a fast-paced quality control laboratory within a manufacturing environment. In this role, you prepare samples, solutions, and laboratory materials that directly support analytical testing and production activities. You will work hands-on with laboratory equipment, follow established procedures carefully, and have the opportunity to develop your technical skills in an industrial lab that is growing and expanding its capabilities.

Work Environment
This position operates in a manufacturing setting with two onsite laboratories that are climate controlled and designed for quality control and analytical work. The role follows a day shift schedule, typically 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. The broader facility includes multiple locations and ongoing expansion, with renovated spaces, clean rooms, and new laboratory areas, providing opportunities to work with modern equipment and processes. The environment is structured, process-driven, and focused on safety, quality, and continuous improvement, offering room for professional growth in an evolving industrial laboratory context.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Noblesville, IN.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $33.66 - $33.66/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
