Title: Lab Technician
Pay Rate: $33.16/hr on W2
Hours: M-F 8am - 5pm
Location: Indianapolis, IN 46204
Duration: 6 months (with possible extension/conversion to FTE)

Summary:

As a Lab Technician, you'll manage, organize and implement high-quality specialist engineering and coordination. You will also assist with providing support for a wide range of laboratory equipment.
Perform routine maintenance, repair, and calibration on a variety of laboratory equipment, that may include incubators, centrifuge, balances, rotary evaporators, and microscope.
Operate test equipment. This includes multimeters, temperature standards, optical standards and liquid flow meters.
Troubleshoot, service or resolve problems while performing unscheduled work.
Record and report abnormal functions or out-of-tolerance conditions of equipment. If needed, start corrective action and documentation.
Review and document daily records of inspections, maintenance activity, repairs, and other work performed.

Team Overview: Candidate will be part of team, but will be working independently
