    Look for
    AS Degree or Bachelors Degree in engineering
    1-2 years of industry experience
    Electrical / Electronics experience is preferred since supporting development of new products in Electrical Markets
    Test / Testing
    calibrations / Calibrate equipments experience
    Ask to update lab experience


    Job Description Summary

    Technician/Technologist needed to lead or support the development of new products in Electrical Markets. Duties will include supporting protype product testing and laboratory maintenance to guide decisions on materials and constructions.

    Responsibilities:



    Closely interacting with scientists as a team to carryout experiments and testing

    Documenting observations and results in technical notebooks. Assisting in data summarization and preparation of final reports. Reporting test results to appropriate staff.

    Coordinating equipment calibrations to ensure accurate calculations of test data.

    Performing routine lab duties, including shipping and storing of samples.



    Skills
    Minimum of one (1) year experience in a laboratory setting within a private, public, government or military environment.



    Preferred Qualifications:

    Able to accept projects from multiple team members, prioritize, and complete with little supervision.

    Work well in a team environment and able to handle changing project priorities.

    Experience with adhesives and tapes

    Experience working on a cross-functional team.

    Solid interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written.

    Excellent communications skills.

    Self-starter, self-motivated, positive work style.


    Education:
    Possess an Associates/Two (2) year technical degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution.

    Bachelor s degree or higher from an accredited institution is preferred.
