Job Description:
Work Hours:
20 hours a week. Flexible; at least 2 days at 8 to 4 or core hours; no weekends

Onsite in the Lab not remote

Job Description
Perform appropriate laboratory practices and procedures for product formulation and testing. Follow product stability protocols, maintain, monitor, validate, and calibrate lab equipment as necessary. Prepare reports, collect and analyze data, and communicate progress and completion of tests to leadership. Maintain good record-keeping habits to ensure data integrity and compliance.

Skills/Experience:
Qualifications & Skills
Work on oral care formulation; perform in-vitro testing to evaluate the formulation.
Follow aging SOP to assess formula stability.
Maintain, monitor, validate and calibrate lab equipment, as necessary.
Prepare reports, collect data analysis, and communicate progress and completion of tests.
Maintain good record keeping habits.

Degree Requirements:
Bachelor\'s degree in science or engineer related area or strong laboratory experience; good work ethic.
If in college that is acceptable as long as they can work 20 hours a week. Need 2 days at regular work schedule.
