The Lab Technician tests materials before, during, and after production to measure their characteristics and ensure they conform to product specifications. This role focuses on inspecting and testing products for quality and accuracy, supporting consistent production standards and reliable performance.

Work Environment
The Lab Technician works in a production and laboratory setting that is a non-controlled environment, which may involve exposure to varying temperatures, noise, and other typical manufacturing conditions. The role requires frequent standing, walking, climbing stairs or ladders, operating an automatic forklift, and performing physical movements such as squatting, stooping, twisting, bending, grabbing, and grasping. After 90 days of full-time employment, employees begin accruing vacation time, with accrual rates increasing at longer service milestones. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
