Lab Technician

Responsibilities: Demonstrates a basic knowledge of coatings, laboratory equipment, and computing tools to capture and record data. Function under moderate supervision, managing timelines and prioritizing assigned duties to meet project goals.

Our Client, a Paint Manufacturing company, is looking for a Lab Technician for their StateBrecksville, OH location.
 
Responsibilities:

• Demonstrates a basic knowledge of coatings, laboratory equipment, and computing tools to capture and record data
• Perform all testing utilizing the prescribed test methods
• Accurately documents lab results, technical information and maintains an up-to-date electronic lab notebook and/or project folder per ISO standards.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure test schedules are maintained
• Sets up, readjusts, and operates laboratory equipment and instruments.
• Comply with all security regulations and safety guidelines, and maintain a clean work area
• Function under moderate supervision, managing timelines and prioritizing assigned duties to meet project goals
• Performs other duties as assigned

 
Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
