What You'll Bring to the Table:

• Technical aptitude with previous experience maintaining or servicing diagnostics or lab equipment
• Strong interpersonal skills and experience in customer service-facing roles (retail, restaurant, banking, or other service industries)
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while effectively prioritizing urgent tasks
• Excellent problem-solving capabilities and communication skills
• Knowledge of industry best practices and safety standards

Nice to Have:

• Experience in research or diagnostic laboratory settings

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Up to 5 years of relevant laboratory or technical experience
• Relevant educational background in sciences or related fields

Additional Requirements:

• This is an onsite role, Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM MST
• Ability to support laboratory experiments, prepare samples, and assist with data collection
• Capable of maintaining equipment and inventory, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards
