Overview
We’re seeking a Lab Technician / Assistant I to support day-to-day operations in a diagnostic/laboratory environment. In this role, you’ll help prepare materials and samples, support lab activities, maintain inventory, and assist with documentation, while ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Support laboratory experiments and research activities
• Prepare lab materials and samples for testing
• Ensure compliance with laboratory safety and quality standards
• Assist with data collection and documentation
• Maintain lab inventory and equipment

Requirements

• Previous experience with equipment maintenance
• Experience with hand tools
• High attention to detail
• Experience with Excel or Google sheets
• Technical aptitude, including previous experience maintaining/servicing diagnostics or lab equipment
• Strong interpersonal skills, including experience in customer service dealing with the direct public (e.g., retail, restaurant, banking, or other service field)
• Strong capacity for handling simultaneous projects while strategically prioritizing critical tasks.
• 2–5 years of experience
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication abilities
• Knowledge of industry best practices
• Experience in research or diagnostic laboratories preferred
