We are seeking a detail-oriented Client Services Representative to support both patients and medical practices in a laboratory setting. This role involves handling patient billing inquiries and working directly with clinics to obtain missing information needed to complete testing and billing.
Respond to patient questions regarding billing, statements, and account issues.
Communicate with medical offices and clinics regarding missing lab orders, signatures, demographics, and insurance information.
Follow up on missing medical records, documentation, and other required information.
Resolve specimen-related issues and coordinate with internal laboratory teams.
Track outstanding requests and ensure timely resolution of incomplete orders and billing issues.
Maintain accurate records and provide professional customer service to patients and medical practices.
Previous experience in a medical laboratory, healthcare customer service, or medical billing setting preferred.
Experience communicating with medical offices, clinics, or healthcare providers.
Familiarity with insurance information, medical documentation, and laboratory orders.
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple requests.
