Lab Computing Analyst

Our client, a Life Sciences, Biotechnology and Laboratory Services company, is looking for a Lab Computing Analyst for their Boston, MA location. Prior experience in the pharmaceutical industry is preferred; however, candidates from other industries with strong relevant advanced experience will also be considered.

Responsibilities:

• The resource will support two key projects: Windows Upgrade and Asset Management.

 
Requirements:

• Candidates should have hands-on experience with Windows upgrade projects, including upgrading machines, imaging computers, and Windows 11.
• Experience in troubleshooting hardware and software issues, coordinating with vendors, and replacing or upgrading equipment/machinery is required.
• Familiarity with advanced laboratory instruments and technical support in a complex environment is preferred.
• Experience with ServiceNow, Jira, asset tracking, and documentation management is highly desirable.
• Hands-on Windows 11 experience is mandatory.
• Prior experience in the pharmaceutical industry is preferred; however, candidates from other industries with strong relevant advanced experience will also be considered.
• High School or bachelor’s degree is preferred but not mandatory
