    Job Title: Clinical Lab Assistant
    Duration: 5+ Months (Possible extension)
    Location: Deland, FL 32724
    Onsite Role
    May be assigned to work a designated shift on day/evening/night.

    Responsibilities:
    • Performs specimen accessioning, data entry, processing, and other non-technical duties in the laboratory under the general supervision of the Supervisor.
    • This position reports to the Manager, Laboratory (Lab).
    • Performs specimen processing in the Laboratory, processing and testing of specimens.
    • Receiving and processing of specimens
    • Preparing specimens for testing
    • Testing of specimens
    • Reagents inventory
    • Monitors daily quality control
    • Assists Clinical Support department in receiving, and processing.
    • Unpack boxes containing specimens
    • Receiving and processing of specimens
    Education/Experience:
    • 0 to 2 years experience
    • Bachelor's degree Biological Sciences required
    • Basic computer skills, MS Office applications proficiency required
    • Clinical laboratory experience preferred
