Completion of Phlebotomy training program and/or national phlebotomy certification through ASCP, ANP, ASPT or similar preferredPhlebotomy Certification where State law requiresCommunication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate in writing and orally with all levels of the organization Position Qualification: One (1) year of laboratory experience and/or completion of a formal phlebotomy trainingBasic laboratory computer/lab information system experience preferredRequired Licenses/Certifications: High school diploma or equivalent.

Position Summary: Performs routine technical and clerical functions to include specimen registration and billing. Performs venipuncture, specimen receipt and distribution of laboratory specimens. Performs phlebotomy duties as assigned.
