L3 IT Infrastructure Engineer
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced L3 IT Infrastructure / Network Support Engineer to provide advanced technical support across network infrastructure, server environments, conference room systems, and plant floor IT operations. This role will be part of the Site Services team and will support both end-user operations and project-based infrastructure initiatives within a manufacturing environment.
The ideal candidate will have strong Cisco networking expertise, hands-on troubleshooting experience, and the ability to support critical production environments with minimal downtime. This is a customer-facing role requiring strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Required Qualifications
3-5 years of experience performing Level 3 IT Infrastructure or Network Support responsibilities.
Strong hands-on experience with Cisco networking technologies.
Experience supporting LAN/WAN environments and network hardware.
Knowledge of:
TCP/IP
DHCP
DNS
VLANs
Subnetting
POE
Experience with Cisco switches, routing, and wireless networking.
Hands-on troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills.
Experience with Windows Server administration.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing/shop floor environment.
Ability to support rotational shifts and on-call situations when required.
