L3 DC Technician

Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Data Center Technician III (L3) to support the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and optimization of large-scale, high-performance data center infrastructure. This role requires advanced technical expertise in server hardware, networking, cabling, and data center operations. The ideal candidate is a self-driven problem solver who can independently execute complex tasks, mentor junior technicians, and ensure operational excellence in a fast-paced, mission-critical environment.

Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience supporting enterprise or hyperscale data center environments.
Strong knowledge of x86 server architecture, GPU-based systems, storage platforms, and enterprise networking equipment.
Experience with:
Rack and stack deployments
Structured copper and fiber cabling
Server diagnostics and hardware repair
Power distribution systems (PDUs)
Remote management tools (iLO, iDRAC, IPMI, Redfish)
Understanding of Layer 1 and basic Layer 2 networking concepts.
Experience reading rack elevations, network diagrams, cable matrices, and technical documentation.
Familiarity with Linux operating systems and basic command-line troubleshooting.
Experience using ticketing systems such as ServiceNow, Jira, or similar ITSM platforms.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and organizational skills.
