- A highly independent consultant who can engage directly with business stakeholders challenge existing processes provide objective recommendations and translate treasury and Kyriba expertise into measurable business outcomes.
Role Summary
- We are looking for an experienced Kyriba Consultant to perform an independent assessment of a clients current Kyriba environment and recommend improvements to forecasting accuracy reporting effectiveness cash visibility governance and operational efficiency The consultant will work closely with business and treasury stakeholders to evaluate the current state identify gaps and develop a roadmap for optimization and future enhancements.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct a comprehensive assessment of the Kyriba platform including configuration processes integrations reporting and user adoption
- Review cash forecasting models and recommend improvements to increase forecast accuracy and reliability
- Analyze treasury operations cash management liquidity management bank connectivity payments and reporting processes
- Assess current reports dashboards and analytics capabilities and identify opportunities for enhanced business insights
- Evaluate existing governance controls operational workflows and best practice alignment
- Review integrations with ERP banking and other upstream downstream systems
- Facilitate workshops and interviews with treasury finance accounting and business stakeholders
- Document current state findings pain points risks and improvement opportunities
- Develop short-term and long-term recommendations including implementation roadmap effort estimates and business benefits
- Present assessment findings and executive level recommendations to business and IT leadership.
