Job Summary (List Format): Kyriba Consultant
- Perform independent assessment of client's Kyriba Treasury Management System (TMS) environment.
- Engage directly with business and treasury stakeholders to understand existing processes and objectives.
- Challenge current treasury processes and provide objective, expert recommendations.
- Review and analyze cash forecasting models to improve forecast accuracy and reliability.
- Assess treasury operations including cash management, liquidity management, payments, bank connectivity, and reporting processes.
- Evaluate current Kyriba configuration, system integrations (ERP, banking, upstream/downstream systems), and user adoption.
- Assess current reporting, dashboards, and analytics capabilities for enhanced business insights.
- Evaluate governance controls, operational workflows, and alignment with treasury best practices.
- Facilitate workshops and interviews with stakeholders in treasury, finance, accounting, and business units.
- Document current state findings, pain points, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop short-term and long-term recommendations, including an implementation roadmap with effort estimates and business benefits.
- Present assessment findings and executive-level recommendations to business and IT leadership.
- Produce executive-ready reports and recommendations.
- Apply strong knowledge in central finance, public cloud finance, SAP Business AI for Finance, and related treasury functions.
- Utilize hands-on experience with Kyriba and core treasury disciplines: cash management, cash forecasting, liquidity management, payments, treasury operations, bank connectivity, treasury reporting, analytics, and financial risk management.
- Demonstrate effective stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.
