    Compensation: $91,000–$103,000 Base + Performance Bonus + Exceptional Benefits Package

    Key Responsibilities

    High-Net-Worth Tax Compliance

    • Prepare and review complex individual income tax returns
    • Prepare and review fiduciary income tax returns
    • Assist with estate and gift tax compliance matters
    • Ensure accuracy, quality, and regulatory compliance across engagements
    • Manage multiple client engagements simultaneously

    Tax Planning & Advisory

    • Identify tax planning opportunities for high-income taxpayers and family groups
    • Research federal and state tax matters affecting individuals, trusts, and estates
    • Evaluate the impact of changing tax laws and regulations
    • Assist clients with long-term wealth preservation strategies
    • Communicate complex tax concepts clearly and effectively

    Client Relationship Management

    • Develop and maintain strong client relationships
    • Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned clients
    • Anticipate client needs throughout the annual compliance cycle
    • Deliver responsive and proactive service
    • Support trust-building and long-term advisory relationships

    Leadership & Staff Development

    • Supervise and mentor staff accountants
    • Review work product and provide constructive feedback
    • Assist with training and professional development initiatives
    • Support collaboration and knowledge sharing throughout the team
    • Help build future leaders within the practice

    Practice Growth

    • Participate in business development initiatives
    • Cultivate referral relationships and professional networks
    • Support growth of the Family Wealth Services practice
    • Contribute to process improvements and operational excellence
    • Assist with strategic client service initiatives

    Qualifications

    Required

    • 3+ years of public accounting or professional tax experience
    • Minimum of 2 years focused on high-net-worth individuals, trusts, and estates
    • Experience with Forms 1040, 1041, 706, and 709
    • Strong understanding of tax compliance and planning concepts
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Strong organizational and project management abilities
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously
