Description

Job Responsibilities
  • Lead business analysis activities for the migration from Kronos Workforce Central (WFC) to UKG Pro Workforce Management (WFM).
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors to gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
  • Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications and solution designs.
  • Lead and coordinate system testing, including test planning, test script development, execution, defect tracking, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Validate system configurations, including pay rules, labor agreements (CBAs), workforce scheduling, and payroll processes.
  • Oversee data migration activities, including data extraction, cleansing, transformation, validation, and loading into UKG Pro WFM.
  • Coordinate and support integrations between UKG Pro WFM, PeopleSoft HRMS, payroll systems, and other enterprise applications using middleware solutions such as Boomi.
  • Lead a team of business analysts throughout requirements gathering, testing, issue resolution, and implementation.
  • Work closely with project management and implementation teams to ensure project milestones, deliverables, and timelines are achieved.
  • Support end-to-end project lifecycle activities, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration validation, deployment, and post-go-live support.
  • Identify project risks, recommend mitigation strategies, and ensure successful implementation of business solutions.
  • Prepare project documentation, process flows, functional specifications, test plans, and status reports.
  • Provide user training, knowledge transfer, and production support during system implementation.
Job Requirements
  • Extensive experience leading Kronos Workforce Central (WFC) or UKG Pro Workforce Management (WFM) implementation or upgrade projects.
  • Strong business analysis experience with requirements gathering, process analysis, and functional documentation.
  • Hands-on experience configuring Kronos Workforce Timekeeper and Workforce Central modules.
  • Experience with test strategy development, test script creation, system integration testing (SIT), and user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Strong understanding of workforce management processes, including timekeeping, scheduling, pay rules, attendance, and payroll.
  • Experience integrating UKG/Kronos with PeopleSoft HRMS and other enterprise systems.
  • Knowledge of middleware and integration technologies, preferably Boomi.
  • Experience with data migration, data validation, cleansing, transformation, and reconciliation.
  • Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and leadership abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced Agile or hybrid project environment.
  • Willingness to travel to client locations as required.
Qualification
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of Business Analysis experience, including leadership responsibilities on enterprise implementation projects.
  • Proven experience with Kronos Workforce Central, UKG Pro Workforce Management (WFM), or similar Workforce Management platforms.
  • Strong expertise with PeopleSoft HRMS and payroll integrations.
  • Experience with enterprise data migration and system integration projects.
  • Familiarity with Boomi or other enterprise integration platforms.
  • Experience leading testing efforts and coordinating cross-functional project teams.
  • Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Agile, and Waterfall methodologies.
  • UKG/Kronos certifications or related Workforce Management certifications are preferred.
  • PMP, CBAP, PMI-PBA, or Agile certifications are considered a plus.
