About the Role:
Join Unicare Surgery Center Inc as a Korean Speaking Front Office Associate, where you'll be the first point of contact for our diverse patients. We are looking for a friendly and organized individual to help create a welcoming environment in our Anaheim, CA location.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist patients in both Korean and English at the front desk.
- Manage appointment scheduling and patient inquiries efficiently.
- Handle patient check-in and check-out processes smoothly.
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality.
- Coordinate with medical staff to facilitate patient flow.
- Provide information about services and procedures to patients.
- Assist with insurance verification and billing inquiries.
- Support administrative tasks to ensure the office runs efficiently.
Requirements:
- Fluency in Korean and English is required.
- Previous experience in a front office or customer service role is preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in using office equipment and software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications are a plus.
- Positive attitude and a commitment to patient care.
