About the Role:Caring Heart Companion Service is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Korean Speaking Caregiver to join our team in Torrance, CA. Responsibilities:- Provide personal care assistance including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene support
- Communicate effectively with Korean-speaking clients to ensure comfort and understanding
- Assist with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and daily living activities
- Offer companionship and emotional support to clients and their families
- Monitor and report changes in client health, behavior, or condition to supervisors
- Assist with medication reminders and medical appointments as needed
- Transport or accompany clients to errands, appointments, and social activities
Requirements:- Fluency in Korean (spoken and/or written) is required
- Previous caregiving, home health aide, or personal care experience preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
- CPR/First Aid certification is a plus
- Compassionate, patient, and dependable with a strong work ethic
- Ability to pass a background check and provide references
- HHA or CNA certification a plus but not required
