    This role plays a key role in managing and optimizing inventory across Dashing Diva’s B2B and B2C channels.

    This position is responsible for monitoring inventory health, identifying supply risks, and supporting demand-driven replenishment decisions to ensure product availability while minimizing excess stock.

    [Job Description]

    Monitor and manage inventory levels across B2B and B2C channels for multiple retail partners

    - Identify and proactively mitigate risks related to out-of-stock (OOS), low inventory, and overstock situations

    - Analyze sales trends and inventory data to support accurate demand forecasting and replenishment planning

    - Partner with Planning and SCM teams to recommend forecast adjustments based on

    demand changes, promotions, and new product launches

    - Review weekly logistics and OTIF performance reports; investigate non-compliance and drive corrective actions

    - Act as a cross-functional liaison between SCM, Logistics, Sales, and retail partners to resolve inventory and shipment issues

    - Support Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) meetings, contributing insights on inventory health and demand risks

    - Maintain item master data, safety stock levels, and inventory parameters in ERP systems (NetSuite)

    - Track and report key SCM KPIs including OTIF, Fill Rate, Inventory Turnover, and Weeks of Supply (WOS)

    - Identify process inefficiencies and support system improvements or automation initiatives

    - Lead or support SCM-related projects and provide guidance to junior team members

    Requirements

    [Qualifications]

    - Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field

    - Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in supply chain, inventory management, or demand planning

    - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales, inventory, and logistics data

    - Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume, deadline-driven environment

    - Proficiency in ERP systems; NetSuite experience strongly preferred

    - Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally

    - Strong organizational and project management skills

    - Bilingual Korean/English is preferred
