Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Kofax TotalAgility to design, develop, configure, and support enterprise ECM, document capture, workflow, and business process automation solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Kofax TotalAgility, Kofax Capture, OCR/document processing, workflows, integrations, and .NET/C#.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, configure, and maintain Kofax TotalAgility applications.
- Develop document capture, classification, extraction, and processing solutions.
- Configure and customize workflows and business process management (BPM) solutions.
- Integrate TotalAgility with enterprise applications using REST APIs, web services, and other integration mechanisms.
- Configure document types, fields, validation rules, queues, workflows, and business rules.
- Work with Kofax Capture and Kofax Transformation Modules (KTM) where applicable.
- Develop solutions for OCR, intelligent document processing, data extraction, and document routing.
- Troubleshoot application, workflow, integration, and document-processing issues.
- Develop custom components using C#/.NET when required.
- Participate in requirements gathering, technical design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
- Implement monitoring, logging, error handling, and performance improvements.
- Collaborate with business users, architects, QA teams, and other technical teams.
- Maintain technical documentation and follow enterprise development standards.
