Knowledge Solutions Analyst (Los Angeles/Denver/Chicago opening)
Do you love the behind-the-scenes work that makes research actually work: the access setups, the usage data, the platform troubleshooting, and the workflow fixes that save everyone time? We're looking for a data and systems-minded information professional to join our Research & Knowledge team in Los Angeles, Denver or Chicago.
In this role, you'll steward the technology that powers our research services, from our ticketing system and usage monitoring to electronic-resource access and discovery. You'll work closely with Knowledge Solutions, IT, vendors, and Research Services to keep systems running smoothly, support upgrades and migrations, and turn messy data into reliable reporting. If you're a librarian or information professional who's equally comfortable with SSO and IP authentication, Excel and Power BI, and talking with researchers and attorneys about what's not working, this is a chance to apply those skills in a collaborative, high-impact setting.
