Job Title: Knowledge Management Analyst
Location: Palo Alto, CA 94304 (Onsite)
Contract Duration: 12 months with possible extension
Pay Range: $45.00/hr. to $50.00/hr. on W2
Work Authorization: US Citizen or Green Card only
 
HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL DO
Responsibilities:

• The Knowledge Management Analyst plays a key role in strengthening how the organization captures, organizes, governs, and shares business-critical information.
• This position supports the day-to-day administration and continuous improvement of knowledge management systems, document repositories, and collaboration platforms to ensure content is accurate, accessible, searchable, and aligned with organizational standards.
• Working closely with cross-functional stakeholders and subject matter experts, the Knowledge Management Analyst improves content quality, enhances user experience, supports adoption of knowledge

 
Qualifications:

• Temporary contractor support is needed for Project Foxtrot to assist with knowledge management activities, including organizing, validating, maintaining, and improving access to key project documentation and business-critical information.
• These resources will help ensure content is accurate, searchable, well-governed, and accessible to stakeholders while supporting the project team's timelines and deliverables.
