    MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Knowledge Management Analyst to join our team in Dallas, TX.

    Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

    • Maintains and reviews knowledge management databases to identify opportunities for improving information flow and accessibility.

    • Execute the migration of content to centralized platforms and perform routine audits to ensure data remains current and organized.

    • Prepare detailed reports on KM system usage and provide technical assistance to users encountering information-sharing challenges.

    • Coordinates the population of mission-specific knowledge bases to support ongoing activities within the regional distribution hubs.

    • Assist in the development of automated workflows that streamline the reporting process for logistics and infrastructure status.

    • Monitor regional information portals to identify and bridge knowledge gaps that could impact theater mission readiness.

    • Takes direction, guidance, and mentoring from more senior staff.

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Management, Library Science, or a related field (additional experience may be substituted in lieu of education).

    • 3+ years of position-relevant experience.

    • Foundational certification in Knowledge Management or Information Management.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • 7 years of position-relevant experience.

    • Experience supporting military headquarters in USPACOM.

    • Familiarity with secure information sharing protocols and collaborative software tools.

    Clearance Requirements:

    • Must hold an active Secret clearance

    Physical Requirements:

    • The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
