Shift: 2nd Shift 4:00PM - 2:00AM
Pay Rate: $19/hour + Shift Differential
Key Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor circular knitting machines during production.
Inspect knitted products for quality and identify defects or irregularities.
Remove and report defective materials or products.
Load yarn and replenish machine supplies as needed.
Perform routine machine cleaning and basic maintenance.
Troubleshoot minor machine issues and notify supervisors of major equipment problems.
Maintain accurate production and quality records.
Ensure work areas remain clean, organized, and safe.
Follow all company safety policies and quality standards.
Assist with machine setup and changeovers when required.
Requirements:
Previous manufacturing or textile production experience preferred.
Ability to identify product defects and maintain quality standards.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift materials as needed.
Willingness to work overtime and flexible shifts when required.
Occasionally required to lift light weights (less than 25 pounds.
Work Environment:
Manufacturing/production facility.
Fast-paced environment with standing, walking, and repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
