    Position Summary:

    The Quality Control associate is responsible for overseeing the Quality of all Finished Knits for all shifts. This is done through effective monitoring of all the finished knits.

    Essential Functions:

    • Inspect orders, checking for any mistakes that could have been made that do not match the customers paper work. Such as; Styles, colors, quantities, design, design colors, and any specific notes that may need to be shown.
    • Working closely with machine operators as well as knit sewers to identify any issues that may occur.
    • Carefully look at the length, width, design, finished sewing and pom attachment of each knit.
    • Ensuring the above areas meet or are within tolerances.
    • Making sure all garments are clean and neat before packaging.
    • Counting, sorting, and packaging finished garments and completing the orders to take to shipping.
    • Discard or reject garments.
    • Perform other duties as requested.

    Qualifications:

    • Must have a positive work attitude and etiquette.
    • Must have good verbal and written communication skills.
    • Must be detail oriented and quality minded.
    • Must be able to work independently as well as with a team.
    • Must have excellent organization skills and the ability to multi task.
