This role is responsible for supervising team members, managing workflow, maintaining inventory accuracy, and driving safety, quality, and productivity within the department.Key Responsibilities:Supervise, train, and develop kitting team membersCoordinate daily kitting schedules and prioritiesEnsure kit accuracy, quality standards, and on-time completionMonitor inventory accuracy and resolve discrepanciesPromote a safe, organized, and efficient work environmentCollaborate with warehouse, inventory, purchasing, and shipping teamsDrive continuous improvement initiatives and process efficienciesQualifications:3+ years of warehouse, manufacturing, distribution, or kitting experiencePrevious leadership or supervisory experience preferredStrong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skillsExperience with inventory systems and Microsoft Office applicationsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasksWhy Join Alloy Fasteners?
