Positions Available: 1st Shift Kitting Specialist and 3rd Shift Repackaging Specialist

Position 1: Kitting Specialist – 1st Shift

Pay: $18/hour
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 5:00 AM–3:30 PM, with occasional mandatory overtime on Fridays 1–3 times per month

Kitting Specialist – Must-Have Requirements

• Previous warehouse, kitting, material handling, or assembly experience preferred

• Strong math skills with the ability to count and verify quantities without a calculator

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

• Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 50 lbs

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods

• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic

Kitting Specialist – Position Summary

The Kitting Specialist is responsible for pulling, organizing, verifying, and staging automotive parts for installation on school buses. Parts range from small components, such as engine hoses, to larger items, including transmissions, batteries, hoods, and windows. Accuracy and proper staging are essential to keeping production on schedule.

Kitting Specialist – Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Pull and organize automotive parts according to production orders and schedules

• Verify part numbers, quantities, and specifications for accuracy

• Stage materials for delivery to production and assembly areas

• Label, palletize, and secure parts for transport

• Operate overhead cranes, pallet jacks, and RF scanners as needed

• Ensure parts are properly labeled and ready for installation

• Identify and report missing, damaged, or incorrect parts

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

• Follow all equipment operating procedures and safety requirements

• Work with team members to meet production deadlines

• Perform additional duties as assigned

Position 2: Repackaging Specialist – 3rd Shift

Pay: $19/hour
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 8:00 PM–6:30 AM, with occasional mandatory overtime on Fridays 1–3 times per month

Repackaging Specialist – Must-Have Requirements

• Previous warehouse, packaging, or material handling experience preferred

• Ability to use an RF scanner or learn scanning procedures

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Basic math skills for counting and inventory-related tasks

• Ability to lift and handle materials weighing up to 50 lbs

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods

• Reliable attendance, punctuality, and a positive attitude

Repackaging Specialist – Position Summary

The Repackaging Specialist is responsible for removing products from their original packaging, transferring them into designated bins, and preparing products for palletization and storage. This position requires accurate scanning, proper product handling, and attention to detail to ensure materials are correctly tracked and stored.

Repackaging Specialist – Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Remove products from original packaging and transfer them into appropriate bins

• Prepare products for palletization and securely wrap pallets

• Use RF scanners to track product movements and update inventory information

• Scan barcodes to verify items and record storage locations

• Ensure products are handled carefully and placed in the correct locations

• Identify and report damaged products or inventory discrepancies

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

• Follow established procedures for product handling and inventory control

• Assist with other tasks in the repackaging area as needed

• Ability to follow instructions and work independently when needed

• Strong commitment to safety, accuracy, and productivity

• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment

• Dependable attendance and willingness to work required overtime
