Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Kitchen Utility Worker to support daily kitchen operations in a fast-paced environment. This role is responsible for maintaining cleanliness, organization, and efficiency across kitchen work areas while also serving as a senior team member on shift to guide and support junior staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen work areas, equipment, and utensils
• Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
• Wash, sanitize, and properly store kitchen tools and equipment
• Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and kitchen essentials
• Support kitchen staff with basic operational tasks as needed
• Help ensure smooth workflow and adherence to operational procedures

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a kitchen, food service, or utility role preferred
• Strong understanding of cleanliness and hygiene standards
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Good communication and leadership skills
