Utility Supervisor $19-$21/hour | Full-Time | Various Shifts Pennswood Village in Newtown, PA is hiring a Utility Supervisor for our Culinary Services team. This is a working supervisor position. You’ll lead the Utility team while working alongside staff to keep kitchen operations running smoothly. What You’ll Do - Supervise and support the Utility team
- Assign daily work and keep the team on track
- Assist with training, coaching, scheduling, and attendance
- Work alongside staff with dishwashing, pot washing, meal cart delivery, and kitchen closing
- Maintain sanitation, food safety, and inspection standards
Schedule - Shifts include 7:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m., 9:00 a.m.–5:30 p.m., and 12:30 p.m.–9:00 p.m. Every other weekend and some holidays are required.
Qualifications - Supervisory or lead experience in food service, hospitality, or a related setting preferred
- Current ServSafe Certification required
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Basic computer skills
