What You'll Do
As a Back of House (BOH) Team Member, you'll be at the heart of the action, bringing our kitchen to life through quality food preparation, teamwork, and a commitment to excellence. In our fast-paced environment, every role matters, and your work helps create the delicious food and memorable experiences that keep our Guests coming back. Your responsibilities will include:
- Prepare and produce quality food by following established recipes, procedures, and food safety standards.
- Bring the menu to life through food preparation, frying, grilling, assembling, ensuring every item meets our high standards.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen by following sanitation guidelines and keeping workstations and equipment clean throughout each shift.
- Deliver consistency and excellence by ensuring food is prepared accurately, efficiently, and with attention to detail.
- Work as a team to keep kitchen operations running smoothly, communicate effectively, and ensure orders are completed in a timely manner.
- Create an exceptional Guest experience by taking pride in the quality, freshness, and presentation of every order.
- Stay focused in a fast-paced environment by managing multiple tasks, adapting to changing priorities, and supporting your teammates when needed.
- Uphold our commitment to excellence by bringing a positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn and grow every day.
