We are looking for Kitchen Team Members who are dependable, coachable, and ready to contribute in a fast-paced Back of House environment. Position Type

• Full-Time, or Part-Time at a minimum of 15 hours per week
• Preference for evening and closing availability
• Daytime availability outside of prep shifts is currently limited
• Open availability is highly preferred

Your Impact

• Prepare safe, high-quality food in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Support food prep, kitchen organization, and daily Back of House operations
• Maintain a clean work environment with high standards and expectations
• Work with urgency, accuracy, and care while using state-of-the-art equipment
• Contribute to a team culture focused on growth, personal development, and professional development
• Help create a remarkable guest experience by supporting excellent food quality and speed of service
• Grow toward future leadership opportunities such as Team Leader, Assistant Director, or Director

Background Profile

• Must be 18 or older
• Willing to commit to at least 6 months to a year of employment
• Able to work at a quick, efficient, and thorough pace
• Team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, and hard-working
• Positive attitude and coachable mindset
• Comfortable working in a hands-on kitchen environment
• Able to communicate effectively with leaders and team members
