What will you be responsible for?

At Market of Hilliard, every member of our team serves others by providing unexpected service to guests and teammates, going the extra mile to show care. Some specific responsibilities include:

• Deliver genuine hospitality by smiling, making eye contact, and engaging warmly with guests
• Take and fulfill orders accurately and efficiently
• Maintain a clean and welcoming dining area and work environment
• Prepare food quickly and accurately, while protecting food safety processes and the highest food quality standards
• Work collaboratively with fellow team members
• Maintain Chick-fil-A''s high standards for food safety, cleanliness, and service excellence
• Follow restaurant policies, including dress code and health & safety guidelines
• Assist with other duties as assigned by leadership
