Closing Team Member (Evening / Closing Shift) - The Pinnacle Chick-fil-A

Responsibilities:

• Handle end-of-day food prep and help shut down kitchen stations as part of the closing shift.
• Clean and organize the kitchen and dining areas after closing.
• Cross-train across roles to help cover all evening closing duties.
• Follow all closing procedures and sanitation guidelines.

Qualifications and Skills:

• No experience required.
• Strong customer service mindset with excellent communication skills.
• Comfortable working in both hot and cold conditions, indoors and outdoors, in changing weather.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and stay positive under pressure.
• Adaptable, dependable, and hardworking.
• Able to stand for up to 8 hours and lift up to 40 pounds.
• Confident cash-handling skills.
