Seeking a Kitchen Steward to maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area.
Responsibilities include
- cleaning floors, work surfaces, and equipment; operating dishwashers and sanitation machines; removing trash and sanitizing cans; washing dishes, utensils, and cookware; and assisting with food prep setup.
- Assist with loading/unloading supplies, distributing utensils, and supporting banquet and front-of-house setups.
- Follow sanitation and safety standards; perform other assigned duties.
