All employees are expected to Prep, Cook and Clean all stations and rooms of facility. Performance; Quality, Speed and Efficiency is highly expected, evaluated and appreciated by coworkers, management and most importantly, customers. Hourly pay does not include tips. Tips are calculated and divided amongst staff according to experience, availability and attendance.
