We are hiring a Kitchen Prep Team Member for a fast-paced role that requires attention to detail, consistency, and teamwork.

Please note: This is a year-round daytime position. Applicants currently in high school are not eligible.

Role Overview

Prepare high-quality ingredients and food items while working with a team to support fast and accurate service and Genuine Hospitality through quality, consistency, and proper preparation.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare ingredients and food items according to Chick-fil-A recipes, procedures, and quality standards

Portion, label, rotate, and store products using proper food safety procedures

Maintain appropriate inventory levels of prepared products throughout the day

Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked prep area

Follow all food safety, sanitation, quality, cleanliness, and equipment-care standards

Work safely around kitchen equipment

Complete required PATHWAY and in-house training and demonstrate proficiency in assigned Kitchen Prep positions

Other duties as required

Requirements

Available for daytime shifts, including at least 3 weekdays and every Saturday

Understand Chick-fil-A standards for Operational Excellence

Able to work well independently and in a team environment

Able to remain on your feet for several consecutive hours

Must be able to lift 50 pounds

Must be at least 18 years old

Additional Information

This role requires being on your feet for several hours at a time while preparing food in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Prior food preparation or restaurant experience is helpful but not required.
