Flexible schedule with morning or afternoon/evening shifts. Team player willing to learn all stations in the kitchen.
Experience is great, but not required - we can teach you everything you need!
Your Role as Kitchen Prep/Line Cook:- Positions can include these stations: Prep, Salad, Grill, Roll-Up, and Expo.
- Preparing fresh food items daily and accurately
- Setting up and stocking stations with all necessary supplies
- Menu and product knowledge
- Managing orders efficiently
- Preparing catering orders
- Proper food handling and storage of food products
- Maintaining/exceeding proper hygiene, uniform, and appearance
- Maintaining/exceeding health department standards throughout each shift
- Cleaning and maintaining kitchen, dish, and prep areas
- Performing shift side work, including opening and closing duties
- Completing all course certifications for kitchen team members in our training platform
The Ideal Team Kitchen Prep/Line Cook:- Experience preferred but not required - we will train you!
- Proper knife skills

Your Working Conditions / Hours:
Hours will vary by store, but will be a combination of morning (8am-3pm), day (1pm-9pm), or evening shifts (3pm-9pm).
You'll work in a typical restaurant kitchen environment, which includes but is not limited to using equipment such as a flattop and char grill, oven, slicer, mixer, and food processor.
