What You'll Do
- Lead shifts that deliver excellent guest service and smooth operations
- Model teamwork, reliability and integrity
- Coach and support Team Members during the shift
- Coordinate the team across front counter, drive-thru and kitchen positions
- Maintain food safety, cleanliness and operating standards
- Respond to guest and operational needs and communicate follow-up items

- Strong communication and organization skills

- Willingness to work alongside the team
- Previous leadership experience is helpful; strong internal candidates may be trained
